Recently, from 9 to 22 August 2024, Ronald Hollands, CPP LFG Professional Services, visited both Canon Panama and our new Colorado Partner Grupo SG in Costa Rica. Main goal was to train them on all ins-and-outs on how to get the maximum out of the Canon Colorado printers with creating applications in the most productive way and assist and support their Partners and customers.

The trip started with a training in Panamá-City focused on ‘Train- the-Trainers’, German Sanchez and Rodrigo Herrera, responsible for developing and supporting the business in the Latin American-region, with additional attendees from Canon Panama and Canon Mexico.

The second week, the training journey continued at the headquarters of Grupo SG in Costa Rica, following their Open-House event during which they introduced the Canon Colorado M-Series to their customers and prospects.
