Following the commercial success of the Colorado UVgel Wallpaper factory the time was right to organize for the first time a technical training on the inline usage of the full UVgel Wallpaper factory.
On the 24th and 25th of February the Application Specialists from several countries came together live at the Customer Experience Center and remote via Teams to spend one and a half days learning the ins and outs of wallpaper printing using the Colorado 1650.
Canon colleagues from Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Poland, the Netherlands and representing DRBG were trained hands on while others from France, Spain, Czechia, Finland, Switzerland, and CEE were following the training online, the new hybrid way of working we will be seeing a lot more of.
Having the great support of our “partner in crime” Fotoba with Luca Bruson present to share his extensive knowledge of their JRL, XLD and REW equipment it was a very interactive session where even our more experienced Application Specialists were picking up useful information.
All in all, a very successful 2 days. Finally because we had the chance to exchange customer stories and experiences face-to-face that will surely help our teams to secure even more wallpaper business in 2022.
